Can’t commit to being a full-time rostered player for club volleyball?

Do you still want to continue to sharpen your skills?

No worries! We are offering 3 practice player spots per team. 

Here’s the breakdown:

• 9 full-time rostered players
• 3 practice players
• 1 team is growing their IQ 

This makes for more games-like situations during practice and more visual IQ learning .... (things you couldn’t simulate with a smaller team). Practice players are encouraged to make as many practices as possible, but there are no repercussions for being unable to do so. The goal of this spot is to allow multi-sport athletes to grow their game and get quality coaching and reps while still being able to participate in their in-season sport. Practice players can be called up to tournaments if a rostered player cannot make it. This is just one of the many ways Premier is looking to invest in athletes and grow the game.
